What is this event all about?

Salesforce and Sales Hacker have teamed up to create a conference experience that connects the top B2B sales professionals with the most innovative best practices and most advanced new technologies. The sessions are action-packed and consist of practitioners and executives currently doing your role in fast growing businesses. No matter what size company you represent, what industry you play in, or whom you sell to, this is the premier event for understanding how to build high-performing sales machines, learn what technologies are essential, and discover which partners are right for your business.

What is the schedule?

Do you have a mobile app for Sales Machine?

Yes, we do! Check back around June 7th for the link to the new event mobile app.

How do I purchase tickets to this event?

To purchase tickets to this events you can go to the event website and then click ‘Register’ on the top right hand corner. If you have any questions or issues, please contact Joan Mirano at joan@saleshacker.com.

If I cannot make it, can I receive a refund on my order?

We know that things come up. Sales Hacker upholds a 14-day refund policy from the date the ticket was purchased. Please note, no refunds can be issued within 30 days of the event date, June 14th.

How can I apply a discount code to my order?

To apply a discount code to your order, choose your desired ticket type and quantity first. After doing that, click ‘Enter Promotion Code’ above ‘Order Now’. When the text box appears, enter your code and click ‘Apply’. Finally, click ‘Order Now’. Please note, Sales Hacker honors one discount code per ticket and that we are unable to (re)apply additional discount codes to previously purchased tickets.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

If you’re unable to make it, you can transfer your ticket. To do so, email joan@saleshacker.com with the new attendee’s name, email, title, company, and phone number. Please note, tickets can only be transferred to another ticket holder until 7 days prior to the event.

How do I check-in?

To gain access to this event, everyone must check in at the entrance of the venue. Once you check-in you will receive your badge and lanyard. Please note, tickets nor order confirmation emails are needed at check-in. You will simply just need to state your name at the entrance and have a photo ID.

What is the hashtag?

You can tweet about the event using #SalesMachine.

I am interested in volunteering. How do I sign up to do so?

A successful event wouldn’t be possible without our volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering your time to assist Sales Hacker with this event then please contact salesmachine@kennedyevents.com.

 

Please note, in exchange for your assistance, you will receive admission to this event. You’ll be free to attend sessions outside of your volunteer shifts and if there are any sessions you’d really like to attend, just let us know via that form and we’ll work your schedule so you can attend those accordingly.

 

After filling this form out, we’ll send more information in the next few weeks including roles, responsibilities and hours.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

We do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions. If you have one you’d like to specifically address with us, please email us at salesmachine@kennedyevents.com.

Where should I stay?

At this time both hotel room blocks are sold out, but feel free to contact the hotels directly to check rates and availability.

 

Where does this event take place?

Sales Machine 2017 will take place at the Metropolitan Pavilion (125 W 18th St, New York, NY 10011 or 18th Street & 6th Avenue).

How do I get to Metropolitan Pavilion?

Whether you’re traveling from abroad or one of the five boroughs, getting to the Metropolitan Pavilion is easy!

  • Uber or Lyft are always smart if traveling from within the city.
  • DRIVING:From Long Island or Brooklyn:
    Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE; Route 495) to the Queens Midtown Tunnel. Go straight across 37th Street to 7th Avenue; turn left onto 7th Avenue. Proceed downtown on 7th Avenue to 18th Street; turn left onto 18th Street. Proceed to 125 West 18th Street.From New Jersey:Take the George Washington Bridge to the Henry Hudson Parkway South (Downtown-bound). Turn left onto 26th Street. Proceed on 26th Street to 7th Avenue; turn right onto 7th Avenue. Go to 18th Street and turn left. Proceed to 125 West 18th Street.

    From the Lincoln Tunnel:

    Proceed to 34th Street. On 34th Street, turn right upon 7th Avenue, and continue downtown (south) on 7th Avenue to 18th Street; turn left off 7th Avenue onto 18th Street. Proceed to 125 West 18th Street.

    From North of New York City:

    Take the West Side Highway/Henry Hudson Parkway South to 26th Street; turn left onto 26th Street. Proceed to 7th Avenue; turn right onto 7th Avenue. Proceed downtown on 7th Avenue to 18th Street; turn left onto 18th Street. Proceed to 125 West 18th Street

    SUBWAY:

    The following subway lines have stops near to Metropolitan Pavilion. Visit New York City Transit / MTA for service status, transport-related apps, and more, as well as standard subway and bus route maps.

    • The No. 1 train; from the 18th St. stop, walk east to 125 W. 18th St.,
    • The No. 2 or 3 train; from the 14th St. stop, walk uptown (north) to 18th St. and 7th Avenue; turn right onto 18th St., and proceed east to 125 W. 18th St.
    • The A, C, or E train; from the 14th St. stop, walk uptown (north) on 8th Avenue to 18th St.; turn right onto 18th St., then, crossing over 7th Avenue, proceed to 125 W. 18th St.
    • The M, F or L train; from the 14th St. stop, walk uptown (north) on 6th Avenue to 18th St., then turn left onto 18th St. and proceed to 125 W. 18th St.
    • The No. 4, 5, 6, Q, R, N, or W train; from the 14th St. stop at Union Square, walk uptown to 18th St. and then proceed west to 125 W. 18th St.
